Brekke & Strand ble stiftet av Arild og Lars i 1991 og har siden vokst til 8 kontorer og over 100 medarbeidere i Norge og Sverige. I 2018 fusjonerte vi med Sinus AS, som ble grunnlagt av Tønnes Ognedal, Inger Grøttå og Helge Forsdal i 1992.
1988: Arild Brekke og Lars Strand begynner å jobbe sammen 1991: Brekke & Strand Akustikk AS blir opprettet 2001: Vi vinner Opera-prosjektet 2005: Ingemansson kjøper Brekke & Strand 2006: ÅF kjøper Ingemansson 2009: Hjellnes Consult kjøper Brekke & Strand av ÅF 2013: Vi åpner kontor i Göteborg 2014: Vi åpner kontor i Trondheim 2016: Hjellnes Consult selger sine aksjer og vi blir igjen et 100% selvstendig medarbeider-eid selskap 2017: Vi åpner kontor i Bergen 2018: SINUS AS fusjonerer med Brekke & Strand, vi får dermed kontorer i Stavanger og Kristiansand 2018: Vi åpner kontor i Stockholm 2019: Vi åpner kontor i Malmö 2022: Vi åpner kontor i Reykjavik
